Pretty intriguing game. Gameplay-wise the mechanics and puzzles were solid - it played well and was enjoyable. The puzzles were challenging and satisfying when you worked it out. The story was interesting and had that really nice slightly ambiguous feeling to it that made me look up forums to see what people thought it meant after I finished, which is always a good thing. The art was amazing - it was moody and gorgeous. Very short though.

Short but sweet. Not too difficult (although the secret achievements look impossible) but enough to get you thinking, but not pulling your hair out in anger. Really love how the music is integrated into the levels and gives cues to all your timing - I was pretty immersed for the duration.

Good game. Stylistically stunning - the visuals, music, narration and overall style is great. Interesting gameplay mechanics too.

A bit hard to get in to though. I genuinely played through about 2/3 of the game not understanding how the load out system worked properly - I didn't realise where passive affects were until REALLY late in the game and I was playing with all my limiters on not realising I was making it harder! A slightly better menu would not have hurt...

Good lord this game has issues. I spent almost as long fighting with it as playing it. Am I glad I stuck with it? ....Yeah, I guess, but I was so close to saying "♥♥♥♥ it".

Serious issues getting it to run for the first time, and given how many people had the same issue when I searched for a solution - why the ♥♥♥♥ was it not patched?!?! And then once I finally got it running there were some game-breaking crashes, and some frustrating gameplay (Oh this is a really hard bit? We'll put the checkpoint at the start of an animation so when you restart you have to watch the same 10 second bit EVERY. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. TIME.)

When I did get into it it was pretty good though. Short, but quite satisfying. Looks excellent for its' age, and although the combat and bits of the parkour were a bit clunky, when you hit a sweet line and you were flowing it was really fun.

Extremely poorly optimised. Crashes regularly. Game is broken. Regret buying.

Very Good. Not the most difficult puzzle/platform game but its style and humour set it apart. Danny Wallace is excellent as the narrator and the concept is fun and interesting throughout. Sometimes less is more.

Very similar to the original Bioshock in terms of gameplay and presentation. Is that a bad thing? Not really I guess - There was a gap of about 3 years between me playing them both so it was long enough for it to feel fresh again. Does feel a bit like Bioshock 1.5 but it's nice to further explore Rapture.
