I think the first was way better, this is pretty much just a standard shooter now, which has some improvements over the first one, but I reckon overall it just lost more than it gained. Mostly:

• Cars and more cars
  
• Too much waiting
  
• Missions are stupid
  
• I don't really care for this story
  
• Prison cages, let's surrender

In the end I don't think it is either a good or a bad game, but for the price it is ok
