Ryder completes 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Ryder engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. When ideas are challenged by others, Ryder listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position.
