Joined my friends at the last quarter, so I got all the fun and none of the suffering! I loved watching them beg to just get to the end. Thank you for this experience :)

This game is a lot of fun! If you like the type of games that you can put hours into without getting bored, then this won't disappoint. The gameplay cycle is fun and intuitive. The music and pixel art make the game immersive, and the monsters fit the world really well. Definitely recommend.

Also, this game has gacha. As a gambling addict, I approve. Getting the currency isn't too difficult, and getting the best units does not feel essential for progression so far.

This game is such a big comfort for me. I always play it whenever I'm feeling down, or when there's a new update. Honestly, so much love goes into this game from both the devs and the fans. DLC is 100% worth it too.

Would definitely recommend this game, even if the anime-esque aesthetic doesn't apply to you. My friends always ask me to screenshare when I play and they don't like anime at all. This is a game for anyone :)

SO much love has gone into the creation of this game and it shows.
I loved hacking the whole friends list to see cute art and videos (I didn't really read the stories but I wouldn't be surprised if they showed this passion too), and the story itself was cute even if it wasn't my taste.

I agree with others that the game can be cringe but it reminds me of my time online when I was younger sooo... can't judge.

I can't wait to see what the full game becomes <3

This is my favourite Jackbox Party Pack yet.
As always, there is a variety of games fit for all types of people. This pack especially, while having comedic games such as Job Job, does not rely on the formulaic comedy-games that are included in every pack. In fact, my group's favourite was The Poll Mine - a survey based/'how well do you know your friends' style game.
We don't hate any of the games in the pack; it is the only pack that has no drawbacks for us.

If these games seem like something you would enjoy, Jackbox Party Pack 8 is definitely worth the money!
