If you're upto the challenge, then by all means. Most people aren't comfortable playing Nightmare at all though.

I was actually going to play through doom 3 and it's expansions again on nightmare after I finished beating them on recruit (It's a strange habit that i've picked up). This just encourages me to do it.

I got the platinum on PS3, unless you're going for 100%, do NOT play RoE on Nightmare, the lack of a soul cube and those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ vulgars made it a pain in the ass.

I'm on the second campaign right now. I liked Doom 3, but I didn't think it was as scary as a lot of people made it out to be. Looking forward to the lost missions.

Yeah, it's easily the best of the 3 campaigns. Unfortunately the shortest, but also the best.
