This game isn't DBD so stop acting like its bad because you have to play it differently.

Game has its flaws sure, but the devs are actually attempting to fix them. I see so many reviews with 12 minutes played (which is the equivalent of one match) that say "___ side is OP". Take time to learn the game more and accept some Ls and you'll genuinely have such a fun time with the game. But back to my main point: You simply can't compare a game with 6 years since release made by a huge company to a small indie game that's still in EA. Talk with the devs, bring up concerns as to what could be fixed and possible suggestions as to how

I have too many issues to write a comprehensive review, so I'll just list my issues with the game after i bought and played with a few friends
- I was completely overwhelmed. I loaded into a camp with little to no tutorial (I had no idea trauma damage was a thing until about 45 minutes into the game)
- Special infected look too similar and just soak up bullets, unlike l4d2 where you can tell each special apart at a glance
- Seriously, a game shouldn't make me feel the best way to tackle a boss is to run and wait for it to despawn
- Campaign seems actually very short, devs counteract this by making it super hard to progress and reset you back several levels when you die
- Game is super overpriced, $53AUD when at 40% off?
- No clear indication that you'll die on your next down

TL;DR Game is ok if you're a rich masochist but devs used the L4D name to overhype the game

I'm gonna be honest, you really need to find a group of people to have a network of friends for this to really be enjoyable. There are games but they don't carry the experience. Once you find your crowd you'll fall in love with the game
