I'm surprised by how much depth this little pixel game has, if you're a fan of POE or any ARPG then you'll have some fun with this. There's a lot of layers to build crafting, item crafting and skill building. Fun end game activities.

Some things I wish it had more of are more endgame content, more enemies and maps and I found that progression REALLY slows down once you "finish" the campaign before the final boss. I spent about half of my current in game time just grinding to get to that boss and I still haven't gotten there yet. The pacing of it feels off, tons of progressing to get to that point and then it comes to a screeching halt and turns into a runescape simulator.

Other than that, really fun game, I'll definitely be revisiting it when more content is released.

it's actually incomprehensible how terrible they made this once beloved game. Everything about it feels bad. Back during it's inception the game had soul, it had joy, it was frustrating but the appeal of a well fought match outweighed the annoyances. Today it is a shell of what it once was. 5v5 was a terrible choice imo, it pigeonholed the game into something that feels hollow and incomplete. Team fights last seconds now, in the past you could alternate tanks and supports to enforce coordination. Now, it's simply just a game of melt the other team quicker. The game sucks ass, and it really makes me sad. I was grandmaster/top500 in the game's glory days, playing this now feels like sitting down with an old ex for coffee after she spent the last 6 years doing heroin. Just an empty, depressing mess that you want to love, but you know deep down the person you once loved is gone.

Simplistic in nature, deep in strategy, incredibly fun

this dlc is conducive to an immersive cooperative experience. The evolving battlefield and constant threat of looming VC is unmatched. What a solid game
