It would take hours for me to detail all of the subtle nuances in a masterpiece of this caliber, so I'll keep it brief. Lego Batman contains a complex and intertwining story between our protagonist, Batman (otherwise know as Bruce Wayne if you're inclined to use his full name), and his ever expanding rogue's gallery. You can choose which side you play as, determining whether you'd like to be the hero or the villain of Gotham City, a bold move from the developers, and one that works without a hitch. The game won't spill the secret of its plot until it deems so necessary, keeping the player at the edge of their seat until the very last moment. The characters are diverse and unique, each with their own goals and objectives as an individual, making you feel as though you have entered a living, breathing world. A game of such outstanding quality has yet to be reproduced within current society, and I'm certain it will be much longer until we reach such a day.
