Game is good.
Although I refunded it because they split the game into episodes and only the first episode is available. I really despise how modern games release before being complete and provide buyers with promises and hopes instead of content.

Weirdo Holmes and Watson

Going to wait for the full release. This early access version is an interesting demo for what the game will be but it is unfinished, unpolished, and only a fraction of the game is available play.
At the end of the day, this is just an expensive demo.

the game play is such a slog to get through

Very fun game. A space pirate Tarkov-like extraction shooter with fun and unique space battle mechanics. Such as the boarding system.

Good game.
The pacing for unlocks is really rewarding.
The cult management is fun and very quickly becomes self-automated (as the cultist'll take over the chores further down the skill tree).

My only complaint is how there is lag in the game when it's calculating an attack that strikes several enemies. This issue is present on my PC and Steam Deck.

Fighting the mech-dinos is super fun (10/10)
but
the rest of the game sucks a lot; the story is sooooooooooooooooo lame and the voice acting is flat and impassionate.
