It's fun to go in and just shoot stuff, challenging at first as everything seems to make you tons of damage, but fast to learn mechanics.

Stuttering has nothing to do with your RAM!! You need a good GPU and disable VSync in the options menu! Please take another look and see if this resolves your issue!
