Despite side scrollers being one of my least favorite kinds of games I could not stop playing this game and im glad that I took the chance and purchased it.

PROS:
>Takes a different path by showing the perspective of the people effected by the war rather then the perpective of the people fighting the war and this in my opinion makes it stand out from all the other games in a very good way.
>Has multiple characters and game settings that can help design a playthrough thats perfect for the player.
>An amazing workshop thats allows you to design your own characters and playthroughs as well as trying other peoples characters and playthroughs.
>Has ok DLC (a bit overpriced) but some of the money used to buy it will go towards a good cause (see DLC for more details).
>Perfect graphics and audio that really set the different moods that are experienced throughout the game.
>Overall simple but good controlls except for one thing (see cons)
>Provides a good challenge by trying to balance the survivors moods and basic human needs (food, wamth, sleep, ect.).

CONS:
>Combat in my opinion was a bit clunky and could have been done it a better way.
>Events within the places you scavange are not randomized so youll see the same events and loot every playthrough.

Overall I highly recommend this game especially if you can get it at a discount price.
