After playing it for hours on Origin its finally here. Its dope, way better than fortnite and other BR games, the ping system is really something. The graphics is very colorful and not as cartoon as Fortnite very polished and sharp, some of the best graphics I saw in a battle royal other then Fortnite atleast.

People move fast and there is a long time to kill. This means you need to have good aim to hit fast moving targets and even greater tracking to be decent at the game. On top of that, faster movement allows for a faster paced BR game mode which means any time you get into a fight, chances are that other teams will be on your position before or immediately after the fight is over. It is very punishing to "bad" players and long TTK makes it so that the better player is going to win a 1v1 against the worse player pretty much every single time. There's no lucky shots, no panic kills, no dragging over the enemy a couple times and hoping they die. On top of that, the people that are into this game are very very good. No MMR based match-making and no ranked mode unless you play the other other this also means these guys will be in every game pub-stomping.

The game isn't aimed at casual players, no. But that's a good thing - there is plenty of other games out there for them.
This still does not mean casual players cannot have fun in Apex. But they will cap out in ranked quite early except if they get carried by a premade with more intense players.
I would say modes like Shadowfall are aimed at everyone, and casual can have a good time there just like core players.

PS: Casual player is not a very well defined term. My definition that I base this comment on is "A player who occasionally plays games to pass the time and wouldn't consider gaming as one of their main passions."
