Keep in mind that Assetto Corsa is a simulator so all the cars handle similarly to its real life counterparts, this means that if you're used to more arcade/simcade style games, the transition to Assetto Corsa can be difficult. Playing Assetto Corsa is extremely satyisfying mostly because each car is a challenge and a completely different experience. In order to fully enjoy it, I had to learn a lot about actual cars and driving techniques.

I see many complaints about people unable to drive properly or crashing a lot, this happened to me as well, at least for the first few hours. I believe this is because in this game you have to learn how to actually drive the car of your choosing as you would with a real car. The best part is when you finally get a feel for the car and can handle it well enough to actually enjoy driving it.

I ended up buying a used Logitech G27 wheel just to play this game and I'm loving every second of it.
