Early Access Review
Very good game, incredibly well optimized and polished for early access, tons of replayability. Best enjoyed with friends. Level 2 is a massive difficulty spike, but I believe in you. One day you'll A+ the exam like it was nothing.

A few minor complaints:
- The AI tends to camp objectives, but there are definitely some situations where that's intentional, and you just have to get over yourself and kite the enemies away. It just feels weird because the game definitely gives the vibe that it wants you to have stealth as an option.
- Vote-based options for things like skipping the monologue in the beginning, level selection, or cancelling the trial would be nice. Especially when replaying or playing with randoms, respectively.
- A fast way to restart the current trial. Note: The host can choose and start a trial while still in the evaluation hallway by pressing tab, but it'll take 20 seconds for it to teleport you if you don't walk through it.
- A lot of political messaging in the game feels quite heavy handed to me, but I agree with it so I'll let it slide. I'm not sure the Gamers™️ picked up on it, anyway.

The AI's intelligence that some have criticized? GOOD. DON'T CHANGE IT. I DON'T WANT THEM TO BE ANY SMARTER, THE GAME IS HARD ENOUGH AS IS. I would also like to point out the fantastic implementation of voice lines to communicate what the AI is thinking. It's a clear signal for the player and yet feels grounded in the world with how insane everyone is. That's not easy to pull off.

I've just about unlocked everything the game has to offer as of now (level 25, 50 hours in) and I'm still replaying missions, padding out my repertoire of A+ grades. My personal favorite enemy is the night vision guy, who loudly complains of being misled about the capabilities of his night vision goggles every time he steps into the light.

Early Access Review
This game has grown a LOT since its initial release, props to the devs for sticking with it. The campaign has quite a lot of content and variety, and there's a gamemode where the maps are procedurally generated with more themes unlocking as you play. Best enjoyed with friends. There's not a lot of rough spots as it is but there are still (quite large) updates coming to smooth out the remaining areas. Easy recommend.

It's alright. Not the worst buy if you're looking to gift your friends with a sex game. Clearly has some effort put into it, but I got beef. No I'm not just salty over some bullshit lost pieces shut up

Problems with the sex:
- All the male characters have a bloody ass and gaping urethra. Besides that, disappointing muscles and balls
- Freecam has very inconsistent collision with characters
- Animations are decent quality, just a very short loop until you skip. Gets old fast
- Some environments are very similar, with a copy pasted chess board

Problems with the chess:
- The spells are very poorly thought out. Both players clone their queen first turn, both players subsequently annihilate the opponent's bonus queen, both players place mines on some popular opening positions, and proceed to have a painful game. Freeze spells end on the caster's turn, meaning you can get a guaranteed piece for free at times with no hope of defending.
- No private lobbies
- Your opponent can see where you're considering moving pieces. They turn to preview the hovered square, which is networked
- Icons indicating where you can move are just missing valid squares at times. You can still move, it just doesn't show it's an option
- Moves take a very long time for animations to complete
- Any summoned pieces' icons are upside down for black
- Non-standard chess notation
- You can ignore the fact you're in check and get your king taken next turn if you really want to
- My opponent castled while in check
- I took my own pawn en passant

I want to love this game so, so badly.

There was a time that it was fun, but recently each update has been TAKING AWAY content. It was marketed as a casual fighter, then they removed all the casual gamemodes, now it's only knockout. The next update, they've announced they're limiting map choice with a weekly rotation of the existing maps, meaning there's even less variation between matches. Not only that, they are outright REMOVING a major component of deck building in the game, lesser blessings, restricting which playstyles are viable and taking away choice. Every match feels more and more similar. It's just stale. The playerbase numbers dwindle every day, for obvious reasons. And for the ones that don't want it to be casual, there is still no sign of ranked in sight.

Definitely don't pay for it, the game has been made free in many places (free-to-keep events on Steam, Twitch drops for keys, PlayStation Plus, announced it will go full f2p in the future), but even then I wouldn't recommend investing your time. Unless they turn things around fast, this game is dead. I'm genuinely amazed at the fact they've managed to ruin an actually fun game in such little time.

Fun game. Has some balance issues, but that's what early access is for. Still plenty to enjoy once you actually learn the game. High moments feel great, low moments feel annoying, but neither last for too long at a time. Teen queues are slow but getting better, just go on your phone between games. Devs are communicative. Large LGBTQIA+ fanbase, and supported by devs with cosmetics of various pride flags. Most bad reviews are skill issues or queue times :^) -teen main

Early Access Review
Game has gone down the drain. Development moves at a glacially slow pace, while modders support the community with quality of life and accessibility features. Instead of actually implementing those things themselves, they spend their precious dev time banning all mods, taking the shotgun approach with a horrifically invasive anticheat. This is a social game. It does not need something of this caliber. End of the day, the game is worse as a result, and those who are most determined to cheat and ruin the experience of others have already bypassed the anticheat. Great job.

Fantastic game, very innovative and very fun. As I'm sure you've already seen, this game is best played blind. If you're curious why, I'll do my best to explain in the rest of the review without giving too much away.

This is a story game. The gameplay is fun, yes, but everything you do in it is a vessel for the story. The game will try and push you towards story progression, it'll hold your hand if it thinks you need it, and I think it's better for having done it.

If that's not your type of game, don't worry! There's a free, official (despite the name) expansion, Kaycee's Mod, in beta at the time of writing and planned to go live in February. It adds a lot of replayability and some new content and balance changes. If a roguelike deck builder is what brought you here, and you end up not liking the main game, this is for you. New starter decks and challenge modifiers are introduced as you play to keep things fresh, but nothing is carried over between runs. (unless you quit one early, heh)

This game is a lot longer than you might think. If you've watched anyone else play the game, and thought you might have seen too much to justify a purchase, I assure you, it's still worth buying. I had already seen the entire thing, knew all the secrets and plot twists, was trying to go through it as fast as I could, and it still took me a good 7-8 hours. (I bought it on Epic first and rebought it on Steam so I could play the Kaycee's Mod beta, so add 7 hours to my total here)

I absolutely love this game, its lore, its execution, everything about it. It's an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it out. It reminds me of being in fandoms as a kid, theories and lore videos I would watch for hours, and the game itself is just plain fun. I watch my friends play through it and see their reactions, we talk about things that happen in the game, we play through Kaycee's Mod and share the runs we got, it's great. Good game.

one of the best tower defense games of all time, and a continuation of a beloved series from my childhood. greatly enjoyable in bursts until i get tired of the grind, at which point i set the game down for a few months and wait for some updates to switch up the meta. still large updates going strong years later! worth the $10, but goes on sale for as low as $1 very frequently, at which point you would be a fool to not pick this up

game is very broken at times but it makes for a fun experience. sometimes i wish the devs knew what they were doing but i think that's part of the charm. i will never forgive them for nerfing the movement from back in 2016, however
