I know, devs don't give a single flick and all they think about is skins.

They are the main reason why I don't recommend this game.
Skins are fun, interesting and you could write a PhD about them. That's the amazing part.
The dark side is gambling connected to them. Cases and third party sites are bad.
Gambling addiction is a real problem.
Please watch out with those.
