It's amazing!

Shadowrun Returns didn't get my interest although I tried it. Now, this game plays the same, but to me, it's exceptional and surpasses Returns in every way! I should note though that I will go back to Returns after playing this.

The main point here is that the story is spectacular. I wanted to pry more into the dialogue options (and there are MANY) and was rewarded with a fleshed out story. It's practically a book inside a game. Now of course, you don't have to divulge into the lore. There's options to prod more into a conversation, which I did. I'd say at least half of my gameplay is reading. It really is interesting though and so very entertaining.

The art is spectacular! Hong Kong looks great as far as a dystopian world goes. The music is very asian-esq and captures the mood.

If you're a fan of XCOM's combat, or turn-based in general, you'll like this. There are plenty of options to choose from. I for one was a shaman that relied on support abilities to help my team, but was also quite adept at the pistol. If I felt like it, I could have focused all on magic, or all on pistols... or I can focus on other weapons too. There are many possibilities!

All in all, if you like Shadowrun, or are in any way intered, I suggest it.

I got it a week ago and I am at nearly 40 hours. It will be a lot more by the time you see this.

This is truly Elder Scrolls. Never did I think, "this isn't what Elder Scrolls is!" It's got the great lore that we've all come to know and love and truly expands on it.

Great quests, not boring, great lore, combat is fun and interactive, PVP is stellar.

I would say I'm an MMO veteran. I've played WoW for around 6 years (not anymore), Rift, SWTOR, RuneScape, to name a few. This one is probably my favorite next to WoW. Maybe I'll come to like this one even more than WoW, as it really is that good.

I do not scare easily, but I can say with confidence that this game has scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

Forget about Counter-Strike, or any other shooter for that matter. If you want something fun, something that appeals to new and veterans of shooters like this, this is the game to have. Great weapon variety. Each weapon feels different, and very realistic. This game is pure fun, simple as that.

Tales from the Borderlands was met with initial skepticism from the public at first, for the most part. For myself, I was excited because I was a huge fan of the previous entries to the series.
And now we finally reach a conclusion. We end with a beautiful scene inside the vault, with serene music and a nice blue hue. Sasha Fiona and Rhys have a conversation, a reflection on their accomplishments. I can't help but feel a chill, and even the feeling of sadness. Not that I was sad due to the story, but because the journey had come to an end.

It's not often that I find a game where I want to cry - cry for the reason that it was such a beautiful game. I cannot find any other game that melds comedy, action, and shooting the ever living hell out of everything other than Borderlands. Somehow, Telltale managed to capture that same feeling even better than Gearbox, in my humble opinion.

The opening sequence as always was genius, with a song to fit the mood perfectly. Crashing from Helios with the song playing, facing the unknown. And then Rhys cutting off his link from Jack was awesome and emotional. I actually felt bad for Jack, but then again, that would have been a mistake. Either way, it was handled so well done.

The point is, everything about this episode I mentioned represents why this game is one of my new favorites. This should go down as the best game Telltale has made... at least until we have the sequel to Tales, which will inevitably come. And boy am I looking forward to it.

Amazing depth, visuals, and the port makes it feel as though PC is the true home for this game.

Literally the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game ever.

This is a great game with a lot of potential as this is Early Access. It is already well off by itself as a game which makes the reduced price-point and future updates a great treat.

This game reminds me of several things: old-school shooters like HeXen and Heretic, and a recent indie called Tower of Guns.

The first two I mentioned are classic shooters that are lesser known compared to Doom and Wolfenstein but nonetheless share the same essense of an old school shooter. This game plays much like it which is great.

Of course it also reminds me about Tower of Guns, which was released this year. Tower of Guns was another new game inspired by old school shooters, but takes a spin on them adding perma-death and randomized dungeons. This game also shares these aspects.

Combined you get this game which looks great, runs great, and is a lot of fun. I'll continue to play it and update this as I see fit.

Yeah, this game is a coffe-break title, like Rogue Legacy you can do one run in a matter of minutes (because you die)... but then you see how addicting this game is and sucks you in. Beware, this game is an addiction starter!
