If you are thinking about reasons not to buy the game I will give you the only one:

→ after a lot of hours in the first few days you might discover that a more exciting game like Palworld or Baldur's Gate is dropping and you might want to use your money elsewhere.

That's the only reason.

The game is absolutely incredible and discovering it for the first time is great, probably one of the best city builders out there and the developers actually listen to what the players ask them to implement to make the game better.
That said, if you are into those kind of games that's 100% a no brainer. Definetly try it.
→ If you are not a hardcore city manager enjoyer, though, take it with a grain of salt: you will definetly have fun, but you can only play one game at a time, and you will find more exciting choices to play on Steam like the one's I cited above and you will find yourself gravitating to put more hours into those and even maybe forget you bought Against the Storm in the first place. Don't get me wrong. The game is Awesome with capital A. It's just not fast paced like some other games and you need to use brain. So if you are tired and want to click heads or do something light you won't play it.
→ For me, personally, when I buy games I usually go for crazy amount of hours, especially when they are this good, so the fact that I didn't go over 300 for now made me write this. Maybe you will find this feedback somewhat useful so consider thumbering up so people can see.
