For someone who is coming from Run'n'Gun-Shooters should have some struggles here about getting it. Gunshooting is more realistic with a certain recoil for each unique weapon. There are bunch of helpful training maps on the workshop with grenade-, preshots-, callout's-, etc. -instructions.

It's easy to learn, very very hard to master. And with many different competitive modes like classic 5v5 or 2v2 Wingman, there should be something for everyone to grind on. Getting better at aim, recoil control or nades and smokes, nor some rank to climb up. Or totatlly getting over with leaderboard CS-Rating.

Try it yourself, for free, and if you like it I would recommend to get a prime status. It seems very hard at the beginning. Even tho many cheaters in Non-Prime and low rank bracket lobbys. But the effort does it's peak.
