A great story, shows depraved humans at their worst and is not afraid to tell it like it is. Some people change, some don't.

Base game is pretty decent, not the most outstanding but a somewhat unique shooter. Personally, I like to imagine this is how the Soviet Union is in the BioShock universe.

The DLC seem to exist for those who were unsatisfied with one particular ending, yet when playing it, I didn't really feel like enough new stuff was added for it to be worth it.

Great for training one's mental fortitude. Other than that, suprisingly qualitative animation, when considering the other "still-image like" VA's out there. What I do not support, however, is beastiality.

Somehow the most normal game ever made.

Incredible game, a must have. The only times the game actually got hard was during two end-game bosses. Took around 42 hours to finish this game and collect all Great Runes, and not one second went to waste.

Now, after Shadow of the Erdtree, Elden Ring has cemented itself as the one game everyone must atleast try to beat. An amazing journey, with absolutely stunning visuals, epic (and sometimes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-hard) nosses, gameplay that beats all else in creativity and music that is second to none. Elden Ring is probably the title most deserving of it's GOTY status so far.

This game is worth every single cent. The amount of fun that can be had in this game is not even quantifiable. BUY THE GAME. Help the finnish guy make a great product that shows the mf AAA titles that barely work how a game should be.

Act 2 made took this game from a "must-have", to a "if you don't have it, you don't have Steam".

I mean, janky is the best word to describe the game. It is indeed fun, however very unpolished.

Animations are a bit wack, so is the AI and combat. But the combat CAN be fun, you just have to make it fun. There's a surefire way to abuse certain weapons and get easy win, but if you want a similar experience to something like DOOM, you're going to have to "force the game into that DOOM mold", so to say. Not to say the game isn't made to be fast-paced, no. The game is meant to be very fast, very calculated, very fun. But some elements doesn't really work, and the game starts to feel like it wants you to play it like a coward (played it on a harder difficulty). The customizations are quite good, they offer you several playstyles that are all very different. The graphics are quite good, but there was some trouble loading.

Overall, fun game. Not that bad, but probably won't continue playing it to unlock everything.

It's worth playing. However, and I know it should not be compared to BioShock 1, but it's sad to see that all the upgrades are purely statistical and that there's no visual changes to guns and Vigors once they're upgraded.
Other than that, pretty fun game.

Yes, cursed prowler is annoying. Yes, new enemy types are a little bit boring.
