despite its flaws, which include even some downgrades compared to the previous games in the series, and an overall rushed/unfinished state of the game (mainly story), this is a great open world stealth game with strong narrative experience.
a true swansong to the MGS series, leaving behing a phantom pain of its own.

I really want to like this game, but spending half of playtime watching loading screens takes it's toll.
Still, it's worth to experience maybe first 1/3 or even half of campaign, which is maybe 7-15 hours, depending on how you play.
Can't say anything about DLC campaign or skirmish mod yet, but I'd probably burn out before even trying them.
