It's a very okay game. You won't sit playing this game with your brain on if you know what's good for you, it's what you expect from a warriors game, run in and hit your buttons and do some ridiculous damage.

I can only really recommend this game if you're a fan of the mousou series and know what you're getting into with the purchase, even on sale. Some characters are simply more objectively better than others, it's not even about skill, Athena for example, you can very easily clear out a room or a boss on the hardest difficulty without doing anything fancy whereas you would struggle on someone else. Mostly because she let's you constantly freeze an enemy in place and render them into a punching bag. Though I suppose there is something to be said about making your own fun in these games.

The co-op can be pretty fun though. If not a little irritating as magic freezes both players in place.

Overall.. eh, if you enjoy mindless smashing of thousands of enemy soldiers while loosely following a scripted path, so any warriors games, it's for you.
