is it fun? yes
is it ready? no
am i ready? no
pick up when on sale(20$)

edit after full release:
- too much crashes for a full release(seems much better now)
- enemy AI overtuned, countless unrealistic situations with it(seems a little better now)
- UI elements in 4k resolution too small(fixed)
+ more maps, SP addition
+ improved SWAT AI

Game is still worth about 20$ in my opinion
