Instant buy if you enjoy RTS. The more "modern" C&C have Steam Workshop now therefore the community is going to be bring new content and life to these games. I am writing a review on Kane's Wrath because it is my favorite out of all the C&C games, but I write this with my highest recommendation.

If you love Ace Combat you are going to enjoy Project Wingman! The VO are pretty great for an indie developer.

Like many other people are saying. The UI is terrible. It is by far the most incomplete thing in this game though. All the new gimmicks and changes are great and I have enjoyed my time playing the game so far. There are some gameplay changes that are jarring like changing civilizations, no workers, etc., but they work and really calmed my concerns after the first few hours of playing. Still getting used to a lot and haven't made it to the Modern age yet, but I am grinding away. If Firaxis can update the UI like they say they will I will be more than happy to change my recommendation. I suspect that 2k wanted CIV VII to launch early 2025 so it doesn't compete with another highly anticipated game set to release later this year.

The game is short, but is a high caliber in its quality. This is my first Warhammer 40K game I've played. That being said I don't understand the lore, but I felt like the story was paced well. Personally I did not care for the first half of the game. I did, however, enjoy the final acts of the game. I think the trope of Space Marines vs alien hivemind trope is a bit over done in today's Sci-Fi story telling. I recommend this game if you want to try something new and those who enjoy mindless violence.

Getting my ass clapped on turn 130 by barbarians, load scumming to get the upperhand, and still losing after an hour at attempting to change history. The best use of my time.

My first Armored Core, and I have to say I thoroughly enjoy it so far! The gameplay is super smooth and easy to pick up. I do wish FromSoftware would implement proper controller support to show the mapped inputs in tutorials. I've enjoyed my first few hours with this game, don't be discouraged by the first 15 minutes.

This one is really hard for me. I really enjoyed DOOM (2016). There are new demons introduced in this game that their behavior is not the best. Marauders are a pain to deal with later in the story, adding unnecessary difficulty to the game. And there are some others where their AI is cheap and hide in corners. There were a few that I was okay let me change my strategy on how I engage this room, but most of the deaths I have encountered felt unjustified. It ruins the experience. The mechanics in this game are excellent. Movement, equipment, and guns feel really good. The ulockables are still here and there are plenty of secrets for you to find. The gimmicky demons aren't polished and lead to a lot of frustrating and cheap deaths and having to reload checkpoints constantly. Not fun. I hope they figure it out in the upcoming release.

Early Access Review
Great Dev who listens to feedback. He has fixed many issues that the community has brought up such as readability. He genuinely cares about his game and his supporters. This is my first horde RTS and I enjoy refining my strategy each time I play! Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about this game as it is the successor to one of what many consider an incredible game. If you have not played this game or on the fence I highly recommend experiencing Oblivion. One big complaint I had with Skyrim was immersion. The thing the prequel does best is immersion. You are not The Chosen One, or Dragonborn, you are just some criminal that crossed paths with the Emperor and is given the task to assist in saving the world. Not to get too spoiler-y, but you are not the one to save the world, and I love that! Buy it, enjoy it, and mod the hell out of it!

I recommend the original over this one, but if you are looking for quick action and enjoy RTS buy this game.
