For me Stamina mods apply only if i have max run speed mods. I mean the ability to run in and kill 3 enemies by taking next to no damage is a real plus as without these two likely hood is that you'll take a lot of damage as you run slower and incase things go south the extra stamina allows you to get round a corner or run past with no problem. I dont claim to be a expert but one thing i noticed was that you use smoke screen so in your case perhaps stamina might not be quite as useful just because your able to get away with that anyway. However with my ash builds i only use bladestorm ability maxed out with shields, and continuity. i do run other multiplyers but it reaslly depends whether or not i want to quickrun or not :P

Thing is your warframe is your own, i tend to tactically choose my mods in order to radically improve game and how long it takes to complete a mission and get a lot of credits :P

Personally i would either go Fury + Pressure point or Reflex coil + Killing blow. The reason for this is mainly because you can stack up more dps with a single hit from killing blow as you can equip more elemental dmg + crit dmg. Or if you go for Pressure point with fury you can still do the same just that the time it kills will be ever slightly slower but it will wreck a lot of enemies.

For example:-
I run max runspeed, stamina max, stamina recharge, Health/shield with Power duration.
I then equip max charge dmg, armour piercing, freeze dmg,melee dmg, fire dmg, electric dmg, and crit dmg.

Basically this allows me to get up close to enemies and kill them instantly with what i believe to be the highest dps for a single target althoughits depends on what weapon i use. Thing is i only use charge speed when i want to level up my melee weapon as i hardly use it when i level up my rifles ect, or when i try and level up my two handed weapons such as hammer/scindo ect. Thing is its entirely up to you, if you use it 90+% of the time, then go ahead, if not then i'd recommend more dps as some enemies on the later level are tougher to drop in one hit if you have spread stats. Thing is its up to you, there are so many build combinations, its down to you what best suits you ^^
