Disclosure: I got the game free with my new ASUS Strix gaming laptop.

My laptop: Ryzen 8940HX, RTX 5070ti (laptop), 32GB of 5200MT/s DDR5 Ram w/CL 36 timings

My desktop: 7800x3d CPU. 7900xt GPU. 32 GB of 6000MT/s DDR5 Ram w/CL30 timings.

My rigs are good, but not tippy top, and I'm easily pulling 120-180FPS with things cranked to Very High or better on the desktop and laptop BOTH @ 1440p. The performance isn't much different between the two.

The laptop, I just throw DLSS on x3, run everything on Very High and tweak a few settings that I don't care for and go.

The Desktop, I modded it up to use FSR4, which lost me a trivial amount of FPS to enhance the FSR clarity and i'm upscaling things at the Quality setting and using FSR4's frame gen.

My frame time latency has been a whopping 4-5ms on both machines.

I can't honestly complain about the performance I'm getting, and the game is fun as hell.

As much as I hate to say it, Randy "I'm A Douchebag CEO' Pitchford was right - just turn your settings down a bit and use the damn frame gen and upscalers.

My GPU's in neither machine are anywhere near an RTX 5090's performance and I'm doing just fine.
