i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game SOOOO STRESSFULLLLLL

My game broke on the first time I opened it.

Changed resolution settings was enough to completely ruin my frames. I don't know what happened but for $70 this seems to be a crazy problem to have.

Revisited: I guess it's getting better updates, can't really justify the price but as an ESO player I can't lie I will pay whatever amount bethesda asks me.

It is an amazing gaming and totally worth the money.

It has it's bad elements though to list a few:

Cons:

-Way too varied difficulty makes the game feel unpolished; very much like they didn't spend time calibrating smaller encounters because every big encounter you have is a massive jump from the previous one in terms of difficulty.
-Bad space combat, its better and complex but still feels like zero to no reward and unless you like that its a unnecessary pain in the butt that by the end of the game I just changed the settings to make it easy and quick.
-Very distant and scripted encounters with companions, you can't really go further with the friends you establish on your retinue so it feels like you are just followed by a bunch of damage-dealing NPCs and nothing else.
-Quirky details; it seems that some classes are WAY overpowered compared to others and have way more loot available than others. It sucks because there's a point where you start favoring some npcs based on the ridiculous stat differences.
-Colony Management; half-way through the game I still don't get it, its fun but its just boring sometimes and seems like they didn't put any effort at all.

Pros;

This game is amazing and if you are on the fence about it just get it. It's one of the best WH40K games out there, very fun gameplay and it makes a really nice late night lonely drinking gaming.

-Story has some unique moments
-Most of the characters are some sort of interesting
-The texts are fun to read even though more voice acting would be really nice
-Cutscenes are there, although buggy, they definitely give this game a very unique vibe.
-Grab your steam deck and just spend time on the couch typa game.

Foxhole is really amazing and unique, relaxing for every style you might want to be.

This is by far the best single player experience with cutscenes and full on linear narrative of the past decade.

There’s not a single game to compare, this is a passion project turned reality with amazing graphics, engine, gameplay, story, soundtrack and best of all, a lot of dedication and attention to what matters in the WH40K universe.

First thing is GET THIS GAME ONLY WHEN ON SALE, IT GOES ON SALE OFTEN SO DO NOT PAY GW YOUR HEART AND SOUL.

Overall, this is one of the best games I've played in a while it, it brings you back to the golden age of narrative games and it is highly optimized for it's age.

The looks are honestly surprisingly good for it's age, the story is basic but very enjoyable. If you are into the WH40K universe there a lot of references and a lot of moments of awe seeing things we have in miniatures being alive in the game.

In my opinion, everyone should give it a try, just for the sake of it being highly optimize and one of those games that brings back the joy to games.

I'm sure its a great game if you like run and gun!

The game is great, but the price is unjustifiable for now. Once it has its full release it will be a really great game.

Looks like a fun game, 10 years ago, definitely aged badly :(

I tried and I tried. I love Fromsoft games but Sekiro unfortunately is one of those games you have to be committed. Maybe one day!
