Pretty cute Idle/Clicker game, with some insanely high numbers dopamine. Also fairly short and great for the money.
Only criticism would be that it does get a bit dull near the final few ascensions, but it really isn't that big of a deal.

Recommended if you like clicker games and just like to be a bit lazy sometimes.

No it's ok Jimbo i DO like Crack Cocaine in Digital Card Form!

Best game of 2024 by a longshot and one of the best games of the decade. Super easy to get into and also one of the most addicting games i ever played.

The combination of Jokers and Decks and various playstyles each run is so incredibly fun, it's hard to stop even if you time and time again fail.
Super charming with the artstyle and music too, which after so many hours still has not gone repetetive in the slightest.

A genuine marvel of Gaming right here and in my opinion on par with the likes of Tetris in terms of flawless.

Recieved this as a gift and got all the achievements.

I really like Vampire Survivors, kind of to an unhealthy degree, so this genre is bit of a no brainer to me. As for the H content, @namako8982 is a really talented person and sprite artist, so i was curious to see what awaits me here

Unfortunately, Deisenka ultimately falls pretty flat on the gameplay front, as it lacks many basic things that the competition like Vampire Survivors or Holocure would come with from the get go. While i do appreciate the implementation of Tower defense mechanics with the buildings, protecting the Keep can be a bit of a hassle, especially on the last level.
Speaking of, Level 3 is the last one, as everything past that is just the same levels but with no Timer.

Characters all come with their own specific starter weapons, some better some worse. The balancing does seem to be a bit all over the place. Weapons, buildings and passives seem to range from must haves for every run to straight up useless.
Weapon Synergy, which is one of the most fun aspects of these type of games, is barely felt.

But thats not why you are here, you are here for the H Content. Which is pretty good, thanks to the great animations done by the aformentioned @namako8982. If you are into Bad End Scenarios, this will also absolutely scratch that itch. Plus its voice acted. You can also unlock these almost immediatly, as these are your reward for losing.

Sadly, while the H content is good, the game is simply to dull to actually really play to justify it's pricetag. The alternatives are usually not only cheaper, but also much more interesting and engaging with terms of content.

While 10 Bucks are frankly a bit too much for something you can get anywhere else for free, this is still a fine Mahjong Solitaire game that does exactly what you want it to and will keep you occupied for a few hours when you feel just a bit too lazy to do anything.

Difficulty never feels frustrating, there is bit of a pointless Leaderboard system and i guess you can customize your Mahjong stones. Just make sure to turn the music and the sound off and enjoy a youtube video or music playlist.

An easy pick when its on sale and you just want to keep your fingers busy.

A short, but very cute Puzzle game based on the Item Case Menu of Resident Evil 4, and it wears that influence on it's sleave throughout the entire experience. While the puzzles aren't necessarly very difficult, they do leave open options for the player on how they want to arrange the items.

Blind recommendation for any Resident Evil fan and people who enjoy short, relaxing puzzle games. A good time for little money.

Always had this game and the series as a whole on my radar. The kinda strange, spacey looking visuals always looked very curious to me. After finishing the first 2 entries (the first title being for FREE i might add), which are rather short, i knew i wanted to go straight into the Third.

And very rarely did i play a game, from the point and click genre no less, where i was excited to see what happens next at every step of the way. The visuals, the sounds, the entire atmosphere in this game is so beautifully crafted and charming it is insane.

While the Story is fairly basic, it is told in almost a picture book style. The entire game actually goes almost entirely without any words whatsoever, everything to you is told in images and sounds.
The puzzles too are fairly simple, but will require you to figure them out on your own. If you get stuck, the game even provides you a Notebook with cute Illustrations you can use. The game really is designed for everyone in mind and i could easily hand a title like this to anyone.

Samorost 3 also does not overstay it's welcome and knows when to wrap up Afterwards, there are still some Achievements to get and then you are finished.

Amanita Design have proven before that they are a very capable team and this is no exception. It really makes me wish for a Samorost 4 and i thank them for this lovely experience.

Incredibly underrated Series. Not just this title, but the entire series. Absolutely check it out.

Got this as a gift. Finished it in 10 minutes or so. I let the game run because of Steam Cards. Thats the most value you get of stuff like this anyway.

Theres not much to say as Shovelware is nothing new currently on Steam and the Store has become flooded with this kinda Junk in recent years. Newgrounds Games from 20 years ago are more complex than this and those were free. That Built-In Shmup that came with my Moms Nokia Phone in 2001 gave me more playtime as well.

I have my suspicions but i feel like these kinda games are either made to just flood the Steam Store with Garbage Software to screw with some algorythms or some kinda Tax Scams. Not a big fan of either for obvious reasons.

I wanted to make a huge Rant about how Valve needs way more curation for what goes on their storefront but i already spent more time writing this than i did playing the actual game.

So i don't know, buy a drink instead i guess? Buy a shoddy cosmetic for TF2 or CSGO? Throw that money into a piggy bank?

That's the verdict.

"A cat is fine too..."

I want to immediatly state that i don't necesarily think NekoPara is bad or that i wouldn't recommend it to anybody, far from it. I definitely think NekoPara does everything it wants to do and does it well. Sadly it just didn't click with me at all and this review is a summary with some points as to why.

NekoPara always seemed like one of the big classic Visual Novels on Steam. Mainly because it released at a time when the Storefront didn't read like the titles of DVDs you would find in Video rentals in a Red Light District and Visual Novels (especially H-Visual Novels) were rather scarce, so my curiousity was certainly piqued a little going into this after all these years.
What i got was an expected Harem-Romance Visual Novel with hilariously high Production for a really forgettable, rather tame Love Story between a very bland, generic MC and two biologically engineered Girl-Cat Hybrids.

The art is good, the music is cheery (although a little limited) and almost the entire cast got full Voice Acting. The Portraits have a suprising amount of Animation going on and feel very lively and expressive, it was quite the pleasant suprise.

As for that cast, Chocola and Vanilla at times can come of as a little intrusive and annoying unfortunately. Chocola more so as she never seems to dial it back. Repetition happens a LOT in the entire VN and i never felt so inclined to flatout skip dialogue in a Visual Novel before. The other catgirls barely have a presence in Vol. 1. Shigure, the little sister with the hots for her big Brother the MC, gave me the creeps.

I can deal with the silly world of Catgirls existing and essentially being second class citizens but if your leads can't carry the story it ultimately becomes very monotone and boring. It overall just felt like a dime a dozen Anime Plot you have seen, read and heard lots of times before.

Also since this is technically an 18+ Game, let's briefly talk about that. Cheesy sound effects, the two girls yelling the same lines for twenty to thirty minutes repeatedly and the heavy pixelation did nothing for me in the slightest. Either i am into way more frisky and kinkier stuff or i am too old to get excited about (no pun intended) Vanilla Intercourse. Regardless i think an Asking Price of around 8 Bucks for these 18+ Patches is way too high.

To wrap up, NekoPara may be a Paradise for Catgirl Lovers, many others, especially those who want more, should probably pass on this one.

Hardest Ubermosh by far and will take you most likely the longest too.

This one introduces a progression system and multiple characters, each with their own Sets of Abilities. By completing rounds and reaching a certain Killcount, you can increase those abilities. It works really well in keeping you engaged and keep improving your score.

And make no mistake, getting those 3000 kills to 100% a character may seem easy at first, but you will cheer once you do it, because it will require your full attention and skill.

Besides that, it is classic Ubermosh. Fast faced, loud, flashy and easy to pick up twin stick shooter fun.
