It's the board game, but with some bugs and crashes. Sometimes the game just crashes, but not too often to be annoying. It's a fun game and if you get all the expansions and such there are a lot of different ways you can play. Be prepared to shell out some cash to get everything. This is a polarizing game...people either love it or hate it. I've always loved it so I'm down to play anytime.
