In Postal , you have to activate the cheats in-game.
To do this, type desired cheat.
CARRYMORE: Gives player the Backpack
CROTCHBOMB: Gives the player Mines
EXPLODARAMA : Gives the player 10 Grenades, a Missile Launcher, 5 Missiles, and 5 Heatseekers
FLAMENSTEIN : Gives the player 10 Molotov Cocktails, Napalm Launcher with 5 canisters, and the Flamer with 100 rounds
FIREHURLER: Gives the player the Flamer with 100 rounds
GIMMEDAT: Gives all items and Full Health (except the secret weapons)
HEALTHFUL : Restores health to 100
HESSTILLGOOD : Resurrects dead player
IAMSOLAME : God mode
LOBITFAR: Gives 10 Grenades and 10 Molotovs Cocktails
MYTEAMOUSE: Shrinks the player
