This is a fun little casual adventure game with the classic Homestar Runner characters! Definitely worth the 2 dollar price tag that gets you roughly one hour of fully voice-acted gameplay, two hours if you're going for 100%. Some of the puzzles are a little obtuse and frustrating, but that's classic adventure gaming for you! And classic Homestar Runner gaming for that matter. Also there's lots of references to classic adventure games if you're into that sorta thing!

I was gifted this VN a long time ago by an old friend. I only just played it recently. We haven’t talked in a while, and I’m not sure if you’re ever still online, but if somehow you’re reading this: Thank you, and I hope you’re doing okay.

This is one of my favorite VN’s now, and it makes me feel nostalgic for my days of taking road trips around the American Southwest with my grandparents. I want to do more of those now.

The writing is brilliant and the voice acting is phenomenal and makes this VN really something special. The characters are very likeable and painfully realistic at times, and I found myself super invested in the main couple’s story for the entire thing.

This game is so fun and charming that it makes me crave a breakfast cereal that doesn't exist!

For the low price of $14.99 you get six of the best games on the NES presented in as close to their original forms as possible, along with an engaging challenge mode that really tests your skills by remixing various parts of the game! These games are some of the hardest out there, but once you master them that just makes completing them all the more rewarding!

There's a couple features from other collections it would've been nice for this one to have, like the Navigator Mode and the PS remixed music from the Anniversary Collection, but if you just want to play the first six classic Mega Man games, you could do a lot worse than this. Also I don't know what everyone is talking about with this game having input lag, I haven't noticed that at all.

Three absolute masterpiece's of comedy murder mystery visual novel goodness in one package! This is one of those games I think everybody should play at least once, it has everything: mystery, drama, suspense, lovable iconic characters, lots of gay subtext... it's technically three games but they all feel so interconnected that they're best experienced as one continuous adventure!

If I have any complaint it's that some of the sprites could have been up-scaled from the original pixel art a bit better, a handful of writing hasn't aged the best, and oh my god Episode 1-5 is waaaaaaay too long. Like I understand why, it was originally bonus content for fans that had played all the other cases in the series and were itching for more, but for a first playthrough... it's a lot. But it doesn't ruin the whole story!

If you like Mega Man, this game is just even more Mega Man with a new anime girl coat of paint. It doesn't try to hide that fact at all and I gotta respect it for that. It is also infinitely more challenging than any Mega Man game I have played, so it is not for the faint of heart! I spent hours trying to beat this game and it was very satisfying once I finally conquered it. The art is also beautifully rendered, and the music is just as fantastic as a Mega Man game should be. There's a bunch of references to all kinds of retro games too, not just Mega Man. It's clear that this is a clone made with love for the source material, not trying to be a cheap imitation.

My biggest complaints of this game are the password system, it could really have used some more saving opportunities, and some bosses feel borderline unfair if you don't know how to specifically avoid their attacks. Also some of the character designs are kinda... sus (looking at you Luste). The dialogue can also be annoying to skip through if you've already read it, there is an arcade mode that lets you bypass the dialogue entirely but on a first playthrough I would prefer to read the story at least once!

This game frustrated me at a lot of times, but if you're dying for more Mega Man action, you could do a lot worse than this game.

It turns out that the way to fix a gacha game is to remove the gacha part!

A game that is cute, and a game that is heartbreaking. A game that is sad, and a game that is hopeful. Florence is all of these things. It tells a simple but very real story with an art style almost out of a children's book (or one of those webcomics about love and anxiety you find on social media) and a truly beautiful orchestral soundtrack. I was pulled along through this game's twists and turns throughout the whole hour it took me to beat it, and it got me very emotional.

I love the different ways it portrays mundane everyday things, like trying to find the right words in a conversation or doing taxes, by turning them into fun little minigame puzzles that are not very difficult (many of them early on reminded me of a pop-up book), but keep you engaged with Florence's life, and helping to tell the story in easy to understand way without needing any actual words!

If there's only one problem I have about this game, is the segments where you scroll down the page of a comic. Dragging the paper with my mouse feels clunky, and scrolling with the scroll wheel is too sensitive and moves too quickly. It's just the least imaginative form of storytelling in this game, it's like reading a Webtoon. But this is the only bad thing I have to say about the entire game, and it's just a tiny nitpick, so that should tell you how brilliant the rest of it is!

The first of hopefully many remasters from The Brothers Chaps of their old-school flash games!

A super fun tribute to point-and-click adventures of the past, with tons of references that Homestar Runner fans will enjoy, but also just a very funny game on its own! Puzzles can be a little hard to figure out because of the inherent wackiness of the universe, but if you just think outside the box they're very satisfying to complete. It's great getting to play the second roomisode after all these years, as well as the brand new third roomisode! And all three roomisodes have amazing voice acting from Matt Chapman.

You'll have so much fun that eventually you'll forget to question what a "roomisode" or "triungulate" is!

At first the premise of this game made me think it would be too depressing for my liking. And don’t get me wrong, so many of the Bad Ends tug at your heartstrings, but I found myself really enjoying the game. Each Bad End made me more motivated to find a possible good one. This game can be very short if you’re like me and try to find as many new endings as possible, but it’s so worth the effort to find every one. I ended up really attached to these characters, especially the story of the Maiden and the Overlord, but also the story of the one who owns the theater…

The pixel art is also very beautiful, mostly sticking to monochromatic based on the character you’re playing as, and the character designs are adorable! The soundtrack is comprised of some lovely chiptunes that fit the atmosphere of the game wonderfully. This whole package is just so good that I played through it in one afternoon!
