Only play this game if you really love to suffer. Like if you let your SO slap and punch you during s*x, you'll like this game. If your floor is covered in lego bricks and you love to walk on it, you'll love this game. Because if you don't, I can't recommend it. But through the suffering, you'll have some of your best moments in gaming. This game puts you in un-survivable situations over and over. You'll always remember the first time you succeed against all odds, and the jubilation from your team mates will make you feel like a pro. Then a cain sniper will blow your head off right before you extract. Keep it frosty Hunters. Also, this game has terrible servers. If you have an even remotely un-reliable connection it will make it even worse. Don't let it get to you, because I'm still addicted despite all of this.

If you're interested in trying out a MOBA game, this is where you should start. That's not to say that SMITE doesn't have a lot of gods or a complex meta, but it is the most digestible out of any that I have played. You still have your typical MOBA problems i.e. toxicity but that honestly goes for any game these days. If it's your first time playing this type of game, I highly recommend you get some friends together because solo queuing can be quit detrimental if you don't have a good handle on the game. The third person perspective also makes it far more engaging than other games in its class, at least in my opinion. The main caveat of this game is that you're going to need to drop some money, around 40 bucks to get all of the gods. Most of the gods that are currently meta are not free, so you'll want to purchase that ASAP if you like the game. The Item shop is atrocious as it is with any F2P game, and at this point I'm not going to count it against the game since it's sadly become the standard. Overall, I enjoy smite and even at 100 hours i feel as though I'm just beginning to scratch the surface of what it has to offer. Good Job! Good Job!
