--Ingredients
1 chicken breast, cubed
5 g (1 tsp) neutral oil
salt
oregano
Red pepper flakes
black pepper
all to taste
Pickled onions
Lettuce
Tomato
Feta cheese
any flatbread
--Low Cal Yogurt Herb Sauce
100 g plain nonfat yogurt
20 g low-fat mayo
Dried dill
Dried oregano
Black pepper
Lemon juice
all to taste
Instructions
--Mix chicken cubes with the oil, salt, oregano, and red pepper flakes, and black pepper until well coated. Over a hot pan, toss the chicken down and let sear on one side for a couple of minutes until browned. Flip the chicken pieces and finish cooking through.
--Sauce: In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix until smooth. Adjust acid and seasonings to taste.
--Serve: Spread 1/3 of the sauce onto a lavash bread. Next come in with 150 grams of chicken and your veggies. Lastly, crumble over 10 grams of feta cheese before wrapping that together.
Ingredients:
– 1/3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
– 1 cup Real California mango yogurt drink (or Real California vanilla yogurt)
– 1/2 cup frozen mango pulp
– 1/2 cup frozen guava pulp
– 3 tablespoons honey (optional)
Toppings:
– Old fashioned rolled oats
– Powdered cinnamon
– Chia seeds
– Sliced star fruit
Directions:
Place oats, yogurt, pulps and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie in serving glasses. Garnish with oatmeal flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon and star fruit.
