FRAMERATE ? I don't think you ought to leave negative reviews just because your computer has issues. It's like saying that your 1977 Cadillac doesn't corner well on winding mountanous roads, so those roads suck. In reality, those mountain roads probably have a gorgeous landscape and trail off in different directions to all sorts of outdoors activities someone can enjoy. - The point is... *YOU'RE MISSING THE POINT* when you say something sucks just because you can't do it.

I play this game just fine on an older machine that I built in 2012 and upgraded along the way with all the settings on High and a few on Epic. I use a Raedon 7950 3gb card, Intel i5-3570k processor, and 16gb of RAM on Windows 10, built on an AsRock board with a 120gb SSD for my OS and a few 1TB drives for storage and games.

The game has so much content, so many updates.. it's sort of impossible to get bored. I've never played the official servers, I suggest new players find PvE servers to get the hang of things at first, and then venture out to PvP if you dare.

The current sale price is a bargain, I paid full sticker price on release and don't regret it. I actually bought my wife a copy, so I paid 2x as much back in June 2015.
