The character generation leaves more to be desired in some aspects like the voice option and the looks of armor, but in general this really feels like a tabletop D&D experience. Combat is just like the tabletop experience with rolling initiative as soon as an enemy is attacked or the spot you. Random encounters when traveling don't seem aggressive and more fitting to truly random events.
I've played with 4 sets of characters and have tried out a diverse set of classes, backgrounds, races, and have really enjoyed the dynamics that can be made even if the party isn't combat oriented. I highly recommend this game for those who like the Tabletop version of D20, D&D, or other role playing games.

It's just something you end up playing. There's a small category of curious people that are willing to play this and enjoy. But that doesn't mean this game isn't the best, on the contrary, it makes it the most playable game around.

I still find this useful as a good starting point for designing games. I even use this to create game templates for me to use later.

Early Access Review
I wanted to wait for a review after watching the game grow and morph. I'm really happy with where it's at now and can't wait for it to continue to grow. It almost feels like a full game with how much there is. And I'd recommend playing with friends.

A few hiccups here and there, but no game breaking bugs from what I seen. Played the entire campaign and started new game +. Really enjoyed the game and glad I waited for it to come out on steam.

I have to say probably my favorite two player puzzle game. Heavily relies on communication and when you play this with chaotic and confusing descriptions, lots of joyous moments arise.

I am really happy I decided to buy this game. If you have some time (A couple of hours to several hours) take it spending time venturing forth into a strange and relaxing story. The puzzle/management system of the game isn't very difficult and provides several moments of peace for you to appreciate the art, environment, and atmosphere.

I've been playing on and off for quiet a while and I really enjoy the game mechanics. Sometimes frustrating when you bump your unattached, unfinished ship into space, but that's life. That's life.

I usually don't give a thumbs down. I have played some bad games before, but this isn't bad in the sense of just horrible. This is just a boring and slow game. If you like Dragon's Dogma, stick to that game. The "Tutorial" is mostly just sprinkled in, but I was able to catch on real quick to stuff because it follows similar RPG patterns, but new players would be put off. If you are looking to invest hours into this game then you may like it, but you need a lot of time to get anywhere. At least from the time i spent. And I sped through the dialogue to play.

It's not something you just think about playing. You have to just jump in and play it. Or interact with it. Either way, I truly enjoyed this experience. Strange and artistic.
