True. Cheaters are not that much of a problem though, still playable. Having no options against toxicity is a bit more frustrating, happens much often and affects the game in a more radical way. Both cheating and toxicity could easily be fixed, I guess they just calculated money and decided it won't be profitable if compared to the current state of things.
