It's mostly just empty hallways and the movement options are really limited at start, spent half an hour roaming empty levels with a few turbo basic enemies.

There's a few cool songs on the OST, but as far as gameplay and story go, this game has almost nothing to offer. Final Fantasy (1987) has more advanced turned based combat, and the story and dialogue are really weird and bad.

Let's just put it this way. The story isn't good. The gameplay is worse. Don't think this is some hidden gem like clunky japanese early 2000s horror games. It's not.
