Yeah, not a bad idle game.
Looking forward to the next update.
Not sure what to do with my life now.

Really fun, good replayability, I had a bit of trouble in the early game but once you learn good builds and redo your permanent powerups a couple of times to get better things for cheaper it all starts to come together. For the price it's currently at, this is fantastic value. Just got all the achievements after having a little bit of difficulty with the first map, the library is definitely an easier map to win on. Heavy recommend.

Convoluted and not fun, the communication and teamwork aspects of the previous games has been neglected in favour of overly complicated and unclear puzzles that never seem to land like before. Whereas the core gameplay in previous games felt like it revolved around communicating efficiently and clearly with one another, and puzzles that once you "got" were fairly straightforward, this time around everything feels like a chore to try and examine every square inch of the level you find yourself in and borderline trial and error through. Once a puzzle was completed it wasn't a moment of satisfaction but rather a feeling of "thank god we can progress again". Whereas "We Were Here" took myself and a friend 1.9 hours and "We Were Here Too" took 3 hours, this time around we made it 4 hours in and have seemingly barely progressed before we decided to just stop because it felt like a waste of time and far too much effort. The simplicity of the previous two games were part of the appeal, and while the polish of this game is a welcome improvement, it doesn't make up for the much rougher and unenjoyable gameplay.

A brief summary would be that this game is a much more polished version of the previous games, but has shifted the focus from being a communication and teamwork based game that requires some elements of puzzle solving, into a very tedious and directionless set of difficult puzzles one after the other with very little satisfaction to be found from completion. Disappointing to say the least.

Currently have 8 hours on record, and I just finished my first playthrough with minimal distractions (I do read relatively fast too).
Judging by the way the story was structured and the massive variation in choices that could have been taken, I have the feeling I will easily be able to sink even more hours into this story to experience it in a completely new way that goes beyond the surface level choices of "do you hit the bad guy on the head or do you trip him" based on whether your chose "be strong" or "be clever" that gets offered in some other narratives.
There were a handful of very minor typos / mistakes but given the sheer length of the story (for just one playthrough / path) that's pretty acceptable.
It's also worth noting that the story itself (narrative, characters, writing, world, etc) was actually of really high quality. Normally I feel a little annoyed at having to pay $5 - $10 for one of these "experiences", but in this case I feel like I really did just read a genuine book and easily will get my value out of it.
Overall, easily the absolute best choice based narrative I've ever read. I look forward to diving back into this story and trying a new path and seeing how that affects everything.

A lot of potential, but pales in comparison to the first Orwell game. Not only is the game shorter, but it lacks a lot of the depth and choice of the first game. I found myself thinking "is that it?" when I suddenly finished the game because of how lackluster the story was and how sudden and lacking in depth the ending I chose was. If I hadn't played the original game, I'm sure I would have enjoyed this game more honestly because it's an okay enough game in its own right but as a sequel or followup to the original it simply cannot justify its existence. I'm very disappointed because I was very keen for the release of this game after finishing the first, and now that I finally have played it I've been let down. I enjoyed the new influence mechanic, what little of it I experienced, but everything else was a downgrade to the original. Here's hoping a third game comes out and takes the depth and story of the first game, and combines it with the new mechanics and potential of this one.

I've put literally hundreds of dollars into this game by buying it, all the season passes, all the elite skins, and more, and it's my most played game by 200~ hours without ever getting into trouble that I can remember. I just played again for the first time in a while (notably, after the ridiculous new code of conduct rules for chat) and was suspended for 30 minutes out of nowhere for "toxic behaviour". Nothing I said came even close to breaking the code of conduct that I can tell, but when reaching out to Ubisoft support to find out what exactly I did to get this suspension I was told that I cannot be told the specifics of my sanction (despite Ubisoft staff publicly bringing up details of people's sanctions on reddit before when it's suitable for a "pwnage" moment). One of my favourite games, and one of the few Ubisoft hadn't ruined, because they actually listened to the community. Don't plan on giving you any more of my money or support going forward because of the ridiculous, anti-community policies that have been put in place because of complaints by a minority of clients who want to turn a game into a safe space. No longer recommending this game to anyone anymore, you no longer deserve the support.

Went into this game not expecting much, but hopeful based on a friend's recommendation. Ended up spending hours longer than I meant to in a binge session of a deceptively interesting game. I wouldn't say it's some sort of masterpiece gameplay-wise, or plot-wise, or anything like that, but what it really excels at is pulling you into the small world of a bar in a bigger universe with engaging, fun characters. It's an experience more than a game, and it's a great one. Liked the soundtrack too, and the art is aesthetically pleasing. Easy recommendation.

I hate anime but it is good. I think I'm addicted to a moe game.
