They have to have more then 150 wins and be gold nova or above to do it. And it's lots of people that judged you, not just 1

Just ask about this ridiculous system because it can be unfair
Those who watch the player matches and judge them, maybe can be kids
Giving random players the right to ban others is a stupid I see many players complaining about overwatch bans
