it may work for some people, but i wont work on my laptop

TL;DR : Get a refund, it actually decrease my fps

ive done a a multiple test with DOTA 2, the same replay, the same point of view, the same second, 1 minute test. here's the result :

with CPUCores:
  • Frames: 2100 - Time: 60061ms - Avg: 34.964 - Min: 22 - Max: 59
  • Frames: 1891 - Time: 59889ms - Avg: 31.575 - Min: 19 - Max: 50
  • Frames: 1923 - Time: 60232ms - Avg: 31.927 - Min: 19 - Max: 47

WITHOUT CPUCores :
  • Frames: 2278 - Time: 60513ms - Avg: 37.645 - Min: 23 - Max: 48
  • Frames: 2228 - Time: 59998ms - Avg: 37.135 - Min: 23 - Max: 49
  • Frames: 2208 - Time: 59359ms - Avg: 37.197 - Min: 24 - Max: 53

it actually DECREASE my fps

Your results show higher MAX FPS in 2 scenarios which indicates your test of ONE minute simply isn't enough. You'll want to do a real life test playing the actual game, and even multiple games, as well as play with configuration options.
