I'd give this game a 6-7/10.

A lot of effort has been put into the design of the game. The graphics are beautiful and it runs like a dream, even on older hardware. The environments are varied and really impressive to look at and explore.

The story is a complete mess though. RE games have never had groundbreaking stories, but this game is so over the top and ridiculous at times, its cringe-worthy and difficult to take seriously. I didnt care at all for Ethan who is a completely dull main character. And the whole idea of finding the body parts of his daughter, Rose, just wasnt compelling.
