Early Access Review
This game combines a variety of elements from different genres in a really cool way. It has base building, combat, factory-like automation, collecting, all in an open-world. Extremely fun and easy to sink a lot of time into. I recommend playing with friends on your first playthrough as you explore the world.

A fairly unique game, I don't know of any vehicle building PvP game quite like it. Crossout is incredibly fun, and insanely addicting. I spend just as much time building new vehicles as I do fighting with them. It really gets your imagination going, and this game lets you do all kinds of things you might not expect to work. You can get really wacky with your builds. Look on the Crossout Forum for the pinned "Giveaways, promos, and redeemables" thread, which has a bunch of free packs you can get. Those free packs will give you a lot of parts to get started and make the early game much more interesting.

Easy Anti-Cheat. I don't think I need to say more. I'm moving to Neos.

The "Ms. Gray" chase sequence with the levers was absolutely infuriating. The figure chasing you is way too fast, and trying to maneuver around loads of corners with the horrible RPGMaker control is just ridiculous. It feels like it's almost impossible to gain enough distance to flick some of the levers while having enough time to make it back out of the corridor they're in. I would like to go further in the game, but it just isn't worth it.

If you're not sure whether to get VII or VIIR, get this one. There are a large number of small changes between the two versions of the games, but the biggest ones are the combat system, and the way crafting works. Let it be known that the only reason VII is more popular than VIIR is because it was released first, and everybody only took a surface-level look at VIIR upon release. When people are looking back on these games a few years down the line, you're gonna see people come out defending this game, making videos about everything it does right, and then everybody will pretend they liked it all along.

VIIR uses a combat system new to the Neptunia games, which is a massive improvement over the older, more simple system. You have more options during your turn, more ways to take advantage of positioning and more reason to think out your turns. Not to say the game is difficult, but Neptunia games have never been very hard. Grinding is not difficulty, it is tedium, and this game has none of that. Big plus over past games, where you would suddenly hit a wall with a boss that seems invincible, so you have to go and grind.

The crafting system in this game is great fun, too, you can actually craft your own gear, and the gear scales to your level, so if you craft something again later down the line, you can keep using equipment you like, rather than being forced to swap it out for something which is a direct upgrade. It gives you more options, as pretty much all of the gear in the game is usable at any point.

How would you like to be randomly stopped while moving to your destination on the map for a pointless enemy encounter? If that sounds good to you, then play VII, because they removed that in VIIR! There are so many positive changes from VII, that it would be difficult for me to list everything here, and especially without spoiling later content. Bottom line is, this is the best Neptunia game to date. Get it, you won't regret it!

(I have about 300 hours in this game on my PS4)

I'm really not sure whether or not to say I recommend this game. It's free, so you've got nothing to lose, however, I'm going to ignore that and judge the game by it's own merit.

The patterns are reasonably well designed, some interesting ideas here and there, but also some cheap shots here and there... Good for the most part. My experience with the game was on Normal difficulty, as well as the Extra stage. The difficulty is fairly balanced, although there is a sharp spike at the final boss. Ultimately, I find the gameplay to be pretty solid, but nothing that seriously stands out.

If that's all I was judging it on, it'd be all well and good, however, Touhou is not just about the gameplay, it's an experience, and in my eyes, Servants of Harvest Wish fails to create the pillars that really hold up Touhou games and make them unique as far as bullet hells go. The character designs range from average to blindingly bad, with anime stereotypes abound. Moreover, the music was completely forgettable. Now I know that expecting it to live up to ZUN's standard is unreasonable, but these tracks for the most part are lacking strong melodies, and are a bit all over the place. The extra stage's theme at least, stood out above the others as being particularly well done.

Unfortunately, after my first run which was a Normal 1cc, and my first Extra stage run, which was a clear, I don't have any desire to replay this game. If you're looking for Touhou fangames which meet and even in some ways exceed the official games quality standard, I would certainly recommend playing Hollow Song of Birds, Book of Star Mythology, Infinite Blade Pavilion, or Riverbed Soul Saver. If you have yet to play any of those games, play them before looking at this one. They'll be much more worth your while, and are free as well.

I don't want to sound too harsh though. This team clearly has some talent, and who knows? They could make something that improves a lot on this game in the future.

One of my favorite shooter games of all time. It's just a blast to play with a great variety of ships and weapons to use. The DLC is overpriced, but frequently goes to 50% off which is much more reasonable. Unlocking new regular ships can be done fairly quickly, but high level and unique ships need to be manufactured. In true MMORPG style, this takes ages. It takes about a month of regularly playing in order to unlock a new manufactured ship, due to the fact that it requires a resource you can only get a limited amount of per day. Regardless, this game is pretty addicting, and you'll always be working towards unlocking a new ship, module, or weapon. I also find the "Open Space" part of the game to be pretty relaxing.

Permanent bonuses which will help you out for as long as you play Star Conflict. If you get invested in the game, buy this when it's at half price, for 10 dollars.

This ship is incredibly fun to use. It has extremely high acceleration, but a low top speed, meaning it's very maneuverable, but can't travel very quickly, that is, until you activate it's Special Module. This module serves three functions: It grants a speed boost which lasts until you fire your weapons or take damage, and it grants a shield to you and your nearby team mates, plus, your hull will regenerate based on how many nearby team mates you apply the shield to.
My favorite part about this ship is how it's able to fire in all directions, not needing to rotate to do so. As such, you can't be put in a vulnerable position being attacked from behind. The fact that you can freely adjust the rank of the ship means that you can use it in pretty much any tier you'd like to play in.
As usual with Star Conflict DLC though, only buy it at half price. It's not worth 20 dollars.
