Opinions are pretty favourable from what I have played so far but important PSA and hopefully the devs sort this out ASAP - If playing on steamdeck please set this as a launch command (case sensitive)

There is no graphical options on steamdeck unless you tell the game you are NOT using one. As it stands the basic steamdeck preset has FSR3 and framegen enabled and the frame pacing is all over the shop. Game runs fine with all low settings and XeSS Balanced mode at a nearly locked 30 once you've got access to the full graphic menu and importantly you get much better frame pacing.

If you like roguelike deckbuilders, this is good. If you like poker this is good. If you like roguelike deckbuilders and poker this is basically an addictive substance rushing straight to the dopamine centre of your brain. Be prepared to lose track of time!

An absolute visual tour de force (seriously, the lighting is incredibly realistic and accentuates the low poly style very well - it's a very striking look) with a fun almost rhythmic climbing mechanic. It's fairly short but enjoyable every step of the way and even with no voice acting manages to convey a touching story.

Beautiful open world adventure game. The scope of the world, verticality and ability to climb and glide around is a joy. The performance issues and bugs have at tines hampered my experiences though. Had to reload a couple of times due to empty shop inventories or what seem like memory leaks Heavily cpu bound on places steamdeck struggled to maintain 30fps in Eccria.

I'd love to see the issues addressed but given the small team looks like this will forever be a flawed gem.

I got Spider-Man Remastered and this at the same time. Vampire Survivors are 29h more playtime as I type this review. Super simple yet so addictive, a great way to pass some time if you want to chill out and watch a video. Also great on the steamdeck too!

Incredibly addictive hybrid of slot machine and roguelike deckbuilding mechanics. A lot of gameplay for a small price and well worth picking up if you're seeking a new twist on what is now an oversaturated genre.

Truly excellent roguelike deckbuilder. The clan system allows for lots of playthrough styles and it's less punishing than Slay the Spire where it's very easy to hit a brick wall if the card or artifact drops don't fit in with your deck. That still happens here but it definitely feels like you have more control and the fact you see the modifier of the final boss a the start of the run allows for a certain amount of planning (although the main priority is still to get there!)

Not the deepest city builder strategy wise but very accessible and ideal for short gaming sessions. Thoroughly enjoying it so far.
