Half-life zombies backwards, sentient screams aren't as the dreadful, silent presense of adult Skyler abhorations, nor as scary as the ominous whistling of Mozart's childhood star wishing piece and visions of the former humanity blasted upon your mind coming from little baby Them. Headcrabs themselves are only less scary because they are way less bulletproof.
