Oh boy, where to start with this one?

I went into LISA expecting a game full of penile jokes and such, seeing as how there's no more women left in the world, and a non-serious game about an old balding dude trying to get his adopted daughter back with his band of misfits. Instead what I got was a rollercoaster of choices, a lot of which I still regret making, genuine feels and enough depth to keep everything interesting and entertaining.

There were certain occasions, ones that I won't spoil for anyone because it's better to go in blind, where I had to force myself to do the wrong choice just to proceed. To defeat certain people, people who didn't deserve it, all for the sake of plot development. This game, this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece, has made me question every single decision I've made in my life and how that has affected both my own life and the lives of others around me. Putting aside the post-apocalyptic scenario and the lack of women, so many characters are easy to relate with simply due to their experiences and views on life.

In terms of length and difficulty (unless you're playing on Pain Mode), LISA is perfectly paced. If you're on a casual play through then it will only take a small level of grinding, or none at all if you build your party/manage your items right, to get through the game. You'll be able to both enjoy the fantastic music, appreciate the characters and design and all without feeling like the game isn't progressing.

If you're a fan of Mother 3, Undertale, or just any sort of RPG, then LISA is the game for you. Combined with the DLC and the various ways the game can go, you'll be getting more than your money's worth. If you can handle the tear-jerking level of emotion this game will have you going through of course. LISA will always be a game that I will recommend to people, no matter how old it gets, and for that I can easily say that it is one of my favourite games.
