I feel people are being totally unfair to this release. This is one of my favorite games of all time and this version adds a lot, great new characters, new weapons, new missions, a variety of much needed new vehicle skins, new animations, along with better graphics and slightly better performance. People think because they bought the original version they are entitled to the remaster, but that's not usually how things work. I had no problem buying this game twice. This game is worth every penny. I've got way more out of it than most $60 AAA titles, so even buying both versions of the game and all the DLC I feel I'v well gotten my money's worth. Plus I love to support the developers of this great game. If you already have State of Decay, and don't think it's worth it to buy it again, than don't buy it. The original version is still great. If you absolutely love SoD and can't get enough, than $30 I keep both installed and mod the ♥♥♥♥ out of the original version.

For me State of Decay YOSE is tied with Telltale's Walking Dead for the greatest zombie game of all time. It makes me sad this has "mixed" reviews becuase some people felt entitled to a free copy.

Even though this seems like the lowest budget Resident Evil, it's still the best game since RE4. All the action is still there, but there are hints of actual horror and tension unlike RE 5 and 6. The Raid Mode is totally fun and addcting and worth the price of admission by itself. Bought this game on both PC and Console and love it. Hope RE7 follows suit.

This game pretty much captures everything I ever wanted from a Dragon Ball Z game. If you are even a casual DBZ fan this is a must have.

This is exactly the type of game I like, but I've never seen it done worse. This is like a combination of Resident Evil 4, Left 4 Dead, and Alan Wake, except terrible in every way. It's a Co-op shooter, but good luck finding anyone to play with. The controls are stiff and awkward, it all feels very dated. The guns feel just horrible. No recoil, no feedback or anything. There's also serious lack of guns. The enemy AI is just terrible, don't think I've actually played a game with worse AI. Everything is glitchy. On max settings the game looks bad and there's ridiculous pop-in. This is exactly my type of game, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I really wanted it to be good.

As far as pure survival games go, nothing beats Don't Starve.
