The graphics are amazing, and the character designs give off a classic mortal kombat look yet I cant recommend this game. I've played my fair share of Mortal Kombat from Armageddon to this unfinished product. it came out rushed and unfinished lacking in basic online services that were present in mortal kombat 11. Invasions is repetitive while working towards lackluster rewards.

and don't even get me started on the prices. the game alone is 70 dollars without any of the dlc characters which adds up to 110 dollars if you want them (1/3 of the roster). Remember when you could unlock cool fatalities? well ♥♥♥♥ you now its 10 dollars to buy ONE fatality in the store! wooo thats what we like to see! PREDATORY MICROTRANSACTIONS! thats just what this series needed more of!

The fighting itself feels much more less advanced than the previous 2 games. Online play feels much more uninspired as you see the exact same singular combo for a character over and over again. They could've added so much more to the game, like making cameos playable and making dlc characters come out ALL TOGETHER instead of waiting months for dlc characters to be released while you already wasted your 40 dollars, and yet they didn't because they don't care.

i've been following this game for so long now and it seemed to have so much potential but in its current state all it is, is a mining sim with some ok ship building.
