The Finals is a creative and unique FPS that breathes life into an otherwise stagnant genre. It can be a little hard to get into since there's very little skill based matchmaking, but the gameplay loop is incredibly fun and the mechanics feel rewarding to master. Definitely give it a shot or a revisit

it's fun, but very flawed.
the balancing feels all over the place, and Nightreign inherits many of the downsides of roguelike design (like waiting through a lot just to get to a hard boss and lose, which elden ring is the complete opposite of)

if you have 2 other friends to play with on discord its fun but i CANNOT imagine playing solo queue
