This entire game should be used as a case study of what not to do when making an MMO.

Horrible endgame, lack of build diversity instead going for you need X to hurt X style system that makes everything feel generic while also being the worst case of micromanagement.

Getting items involves camping enemy spawns with insanely long timers so that you can then go do limited dungeon runs to try and get maybe real gear. Or chaotic loot death balls (which was actually the funnest part of this game).

Questing through the story is annoying and involves too much tedious travel.

PVP seems to only be active in specific playmodes, almost no one engages in open world PvP anymore. Even the daily missions that required PvP were pretty uneventful as population is too low or too scared.

Just a sadly very basic, overly grindy mess that fails to ultimately deliver even decent content and retain players.
