Scratches the itch for a Heroes of Might and Magic style game, but without some of the poor decisions that series made after HoMM2.

Very impressed by how good the controller support is, playing this on Steam Deck is a great experience.

Great idea for a roguelike, very much captures the feel of the games it builds upon. Could benefit greatly from an (optional) expanded tutorial that explains the game loop + mechanics, but after roughly 2 hours of playing I had the gist of everything.

Cool ideas for a tactics game in a great presentation! Only minor gripe is that the Steam Deck presentation isn't quite as first class as desktop yet, but the support that IS there more than makes up for it.

Constantly fighting the controls to get my character to do what I want them to sucks all the fun to be had out of this. Wanted to like it, but its too frustrating to invest more time figuring out the precise way to play.

Challenging without being brutal and appropriately paced

This game is very fun to play with friends, but suffers from a bug that randomly deletes your characters on game startup.

The soundtrack and gameplay work really well together! Combined with a story that builds each boss ( but one ) into a credible oppononent, the whole experience is well worth the price of entry.

Had to reset several fights due to glitches, but those don't outweigh a fun experience.

Boss fights may be difficult, but they telegraph most all their attacks enough that none of them feel unfair.
