my 55 year old mom LOVES vrchat and has problems with motion sickness, the best way she can play without getting sick is with mods. the new security update eliminates her ability to comfortably play. thanks guys!

**THE MANY MANY BUGS ASIDE**
This game tries to be everything popular at once and ends up being very mediocre. Bethesda style Skill tree, Watchdogs-esque hacking, VERY BAD HItman-esque stealth, generic Destiny gunplay, and a crafting system that is extremely reminiscent yet somehow MORE worse than the one in Fallout 4. Cyberpunk 2077 is a jack of all trades and a master of none. This makes the game feel crowded with gameplay options, which can be a positive trait if introduced to the player well! However, the game practically shoves you into many of these mechanics outside of the tutorial and gives half-assed explanations about them that can be easily missed.
Personally, I bought the game on the promise of character and story, as it was heavily advertised to cater to. HOWEVER, the character creator is extremely generic and limiting! Romances, which were also heavily advertised are very limited as well! There are only a few romances, and most of which are characters that are not particularly desirable, and most are simply one-night-stands. Dialogue choices are not truly your own. as you play "V", you are essentially watching "V"'s story, as dialogue choices are so restricted that more often than not the game just asks you to press "F" to select ONE LINE OF DIALOGUE just to continue the conversation of a cutscene! You can't even particularly change the way that "V" behaves, as almost every dialogue option always ends up being snarky and rude regardless of what you pick. I personally cannot comment more on the story as of now because I am not finished with the main story but so far, this game is fun sometimes and MEH most of the time

TLDR: ITS GENERIC YET PASSABLE, IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED JUST WAIT FOR IT TO GET PATCHED AND EVENTUALLY GO ON SALE IN A FEW MONTHS

pretty walking sim but falsely advertised. also crashes steam vr when opened. the vr version is paid for and the desktop version isnt anything to be excited about.

salem is more fun than this, this game is so boring lol
